Mediation
A process that allows the parties to maintain control of the decision-making,
while utilizing an additional party to help make the process work.
The intervention of an impartial and neutral third party
who has no authoritative decision-making power allows the parties
to negotiate in a safe, non threatening, and confidential environment.
The parties are then able to reach their own mutually acceptable
settlement of the issues in dispute.
